Rodarte for MAC Cosmetics

MAC Cosmetics has teamed up with Rodarte to launch a limited edition color cosmetic collection for this fall of 2010. The collection was inspired by Rodarte’s fall 2010 show, one of the nail polish named Juarez, after a town in Mexico, has sparked controversy because currently there is violence against women taking place in Juarez. MAC is sorry to have “offended their consumers and fans, and committed to donating $100,000 to a non-profit organization that has a proven, successful track-record helping women in need and that can directly improve the lives of women in Juarez in a meaningful way.” Plus they will be changing the name of the collection. I’m glad that this issue is being addressed, it’s awful to know that there still is violence against women in this world, but everyone just pray for the women in Juarez that things will overcome. As for the collection, I’m sure it’ll be fabulous and I can’t wait, definitely will get my hands on several of items !

Motel’s fall 2010 collection is a mix consisting of dresses, bodysuits, bodices, skirts, shorts, tops, crops, jumpers, cardigans and jackets, with vintage inspired prints and cuts running throughout the range. Available at Urban Outfitters, Karmaloop, ASOS, Motel and selected boutiques. I’m personally a fan of motel, the look is great, you can find anything from fun, fresh, romantic, & sexy. Also very reasonably priced I might have to add as as well.

Finally Forever 21 has jumped on the bandwagon and started a collaboration with a highly known fashion designer, Brian Lichtenberg. The drop will be set for August 13 so keep your eyes open and calendars ready because I’m sure this will go by very quick ! I can’t wait to see the entire line, I’m sure it’s gonna be pretty rad !

The pale skin of the models with the semi-soft dramatic pale coloring pairs very well. The clothes look hot and purses are a must have, along with this is eye-wear ! Love it or Hate it ?

For Jeremy Scott’s continued collaboration with adidas Originals by Originals, the original JS Wings this time around are with attached wings, whereas to the previous design had removable wings. He also introduces it on a hoodie. Jeremy’s Scotts designs are always pretty loud, but they’re pretty rad and very eye appealing. What do you guys think ? Love it or Hate it ?

YSL Rock & Baroque Nail Polish

Launching this coming August is YSL Beauté ’s interpretation of what has become a true “Nails” craze. Titled Rock & Baroque, YSL’s Fall 2010 cosmetics collection includes a series of nail polishes that will be sold in duo’s. The idea is to create an edgy french manicure with striking color combinations: Belle de Jour( Turquoise & Purple), Rive Gauche ( Orange & Fushia), Belle de Nuit( Plum& Gold) and Y-Cone ( Pink & White). Mac x Disney: Venomous Villains

Remember how I posted earlier back about Mac and Disney having a collaboration ? Well here’s some more info on this, MAC Cosmetics is teaming up with Disney to create a limited edition color collection, intended to launch globally in late September in all MAC locations. The products will feature four Disney characters, on which the brand is keeping mum at the moment — although with a collection name of Venomous Villains, the bad guys deserve a chance right ? Although I didn’t expect this, I’m surprised by this twist up mac and disney have brilliantly put together. Lipstick, powder, lip gloss and blush shades will be sold, ranging in price from $12 to $29.50.

HEY GUYS ! Thank you all for being so patient with me ! I’m finally finished with finals, trying to take over the world while become a doctor isn’t easy, but someone’s gotta do it right ? I’m currently on a mini break so I’ll definitely be posting as much as I can to update you all with what’s been going on ! <3

Target is partnering with Mulberry to launch a a limited edition handbag collection. The collection launches on October 10th and will be available through December 24th, so far that’s all the information has been released. I think this is a wonderful idea and I’m quite ecstatic to see the turn out, I’m sure it’s gonna be sick.

Uniqlo X Agyness & Emily Deyn

Model Agyness Deyn and sister, Emily, have collaborated on a line of tees with Uniqlo as part of its ongoing UT Project (a series of limited edition tees). The tee’s are very cute with a slight vintage feel to it. Also, those of you who are curious about Aggy’s little sis, she has a design company called HusseinDeyn so definitely check that out.
