Luke Chueh is my favorite artist.  I absolutely love his paintings that portray different situations with the help of animals, specifically his bear.  Last night Luke Chueh premiered his exhibit he dubs “Inferno” at the Los Angeles based gallery Gallery 1988.  From his more minimal earlier paintings which mainly focused around the creation of his character as well as painting famous cartoons in his style (my favorite is his painting of Brian from Family Guy), Luke has now evolved to painting his characters in a more story-telling way in richer environments.  Take a look at the amazing work he put out and if you get a chance make sure you check out his exhibit.
